DTM is operated by SHENZHEN DTM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (“DTM”, “we”, “us”), which is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Our headquarters is at 7/F, 12C Building, FengLongShenGang S&T Park, LongGang District, Shenzhen, China. 2. Information we may collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, required manufacturing capability, project description, product drawings, CAD files, specifications, and other information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also create limited technical and security logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested pages.
3. Why we use it
We use inquiry and project information to respond to requests, assess feasibility, prepare quotations, communicate about a potential or active project, deliver agreed work, maintain project records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request, perform a contract, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, or act on your consent where required.
4. Project files and confidentiality
Project files are used to evaluate or carry out the work you request. Before sending highly confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or personal data, contact us to agree an appropriate confidentiality agreement and secure transfer method. Do not place unrelated personal data inside technical files.

Information may be available to authorized DTM personnel and to service providers that support website hosting, transactional email delivery (currently Resend), communications, security, or project delivery, only where needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry information. Because DTM operates in China and supports international customers, information submitted from another country may be processed in China; appropriate contractual or other safeguards should be arranged when applicable to a project.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, prepare a quotation, perform a project, maintain the customer relationship, meet legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. The retention period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a project and on the applicable contractual and legal requirements. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transfer or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Cookies and external media
The current website does not use advertising cookies or third-party video embeds. Strictly necessary technologies may be used for security and basic operation. Resend processes inquiry submissions on the server and does not add an advertising cookie to this website. If non-essential analytics, marketing tools, or external media are added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.
