Complete capabilities

Six disciplines.
One engineering thread.

Each capability has a dedicated technical page, while DTM coordinates the decisions between design, tooling, manufacturing, and inspection.

01

Engineering

Product Design & DFM

Turn an early concept or existing CAD model into a released design that can be quoted, tooled, inspected, and produced. Product intent is connected to material behavior, assembly, tolerance strategy, process capability, and cost.

Explore Design & DFM
02

Plastic tooling

Injection Mold Making

Injection molds are engineered for reliable trials, repeatable molding, safe part release, and maintainability. Mold design, machining, fitting, assembly, tryout, and correction stay under one project plan.

Explore Mold Making
03

Plastic production

Custom Injection Molding

Move from approved mold trials into repeat production with the same team that understands the part and tool. Material preparation, machine setup, process settings, inspection requirements, and engineering changes stay connected.

04

Press tooling & production

Metal Stamping

Stamped parts and dies are developed around material grade and thickness, strip layout, forming sequence, springback, press requirements, feature repeatability, and production volume.

05

Precision machining

3-, 4-, and 5-Axis CNC Machining

Machine prototypes, tooling, and production parts using the axis strategy, setups, workholding, and inspection plan that best fit the geometry, datum structure, material, quantity, and finish requirements.

06

High-pressure die casting

Aluminum Die Casting

Develop aluminum high-pressure die cast components through part DFM, die and trim-tool engineering, casting trials, trimming, secondary machining, finishing, and dimensional verification.

How we work

A controlled path from requirement to repeat production.

Approval points and released information keep technical decisions visible through the project.

01

Requirements & feasibility

Available CAD, drawings, samples, or concept information—together with material, volume, critical characteristics, finish, application, and target timing—are reviewed before a manufacturing route is proposed.

02

DFM & process definition

Geometry and product risks are reviewed against the intended process. The tooling route, production method, inspection scope, and quotation assumptions are then defined.

03

Engineering release

Product revisions, tooling or fixture concepts, and critical specifications are resolved and approved before steel cutting or program release.

04

Tool build & process setup

Molds, dies, fixtures, CAM programs, workholding, inspection plans, and initial process settings are prepared for trial.

Quality assurance

Quality starts with the released requirement.

Drawing revisions, critical characteristics, inspection methods, sampling requirements, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.
