A transparent design-to-manufacturing process.

The same project logic follows each manufacturing route. Risks are surfaced early, responsibilities stay clear, and approval points are tied to released information.

Requirements & feasibility

Available CAD, drawings, samples, or concept information—together with material, volume, critical characteristics, finish, application, and target timing—are reviewed before a manufacturing route is proposed.

DFM & process definition

Geometry and product risks are reviewed against the intended process. The tooling route, production method, inspection scope, and quotation assumptions are then defined.

Engineering release

Product revisions, tooling or fixture concepts, and critical specifications are resolved and approved before steel cutting or program release.

Tool build & process setup

Molds, dies, fixtures, CAM programs, workholding, inspection plans, and initial process settings are prepared for trial.

Trial, first article & approval

Tool trials where applicable—or first-off parts—are inspected, corrected, and submitted against the agreed approval requirements.

Production & process control

The approved tool, program, and process move into repeat production with first-off checks, in-process inspection, and controlled revisions.
